An interesting façade

A house on the Old Town Square’s south side. A bit of googling reveals it is called Storch’s House Near The Stone Image Of The Virgin Mary. Built 1896–1897 in the “Vladislav Gothic” style. Is that what you call the oddly elaborate balcony / bay window with the useless steeple, and the super religious painting? Interesting!

It’s probably called that because it’s directly facing the stone column of the Virgin Mary in the square, about which more later.
