Prince Moric
The very friendly-looking Moric / Moritz, 9th Prince Lobkowicz (1831–1903). It looks like he’s wearing a chain of the Order of the Golden Fleece, an old and very select chivalric order which I’ll see again later.
This was painted by Siegmund L’Allemand, a Viennese artist well known for portraits and war scenes.
