A common goldeneye in Lost Lagoon

I can’t help thinking this is the first time I’ve seen one of them here. But that can’t be right? There are tons by Second Beach, and it’s only a short hop for flying creatures. And I’ve seen tons of black and white ducks over time, but they may all be mergansers, buffleheads, ring-necked ducks, and whatnot. Ehh, whatevs. He’s here now, showing off his pretty yellow eyes
