Charles Bridge

The east end of Charles Bridge, Prague’s oldest bridge begun in the 1350’s under the auspices of Holy Roman Emperor Charles IV. It is flanked by these towers tourists can visit, and adorned by 30 statues of saints added gradually starting in the 1600’s.
