“Collective Corona Rose”

Created by Slovenian artist Eva Petrič with lace found from all over the world, symbolising “the unconditional connection of all people, especially those in a state of emergency.” Meant to hang on the wall above the Friedrichsgrab in St Stephen’s Cathedral until mid-2023.

Just goes to show, it’s not just old artwork that’s shown in these spaces. Plus, that old artwork was once new and cutting edge at one time.
