Shoveler circle

So there were these 5 or 6 ducks going round and round in a circle, and we wondered if they were sick or in a cult or something. But: they’re Northern Shovelers, and this stirs up the mud at the bottom of the (very shallow) pond, thus releasing more of the little bugs and invertebrates they like to eat!
