Spotted Towhee

I think this is an adolescent male Spotted Towhee, just on the cusp of adulthood. The dark back and prominent white spots say male, the little white feather sheaths on his face suggest one final moult, and his eyes are transitioning between the dark brown of children and the cray-cray red of full adults.
