Strokkur

Geysir is part of a large network of steam vents. Of its many siblings, the one that’s taken over the erupting business is called Strokkur, and does it every 5–10 minutes.

You have to make sure not to stand downwind, because that steam is very hot. All the water around here is — over 80°C according to the signs.
