Wait a sec, a white-crowned sparrow? on the seawall? At this time of year? In this economy?

Seriously tho, I thought they left downtown between October and March. At least that’s what they did last year, but these are unprecedented times. The storms and floods may be pushing animals around in all sorts of ways.
