Rufous Hummingbird

And a male, too! I’ve seen Rufous around a few times and took some mediocre pictures of them (and one good one). Should have known something was up when I saw all these Very Serious Birders pointing their Very Serious Gear at the hummingbird feeders. The far more common Anna’s Hummingbirds wouldn’t attract this kind of Very Serious attention. But I am so glad I decided to swing by here on the way to Terra Nova Park!
