View North from Pey Berland Tower

The double-spired church on the right is Saint-Louis des Chartrons. The winged thingie is the Colonne des Girondins. Put up between 1894 and 1902, it commemorates the Girondins—another faction in the early Revolutionary government opposed to Robespierre, killed during the Terreur.
